If you’re looking for a bold, bright colored mascara shade then this will not disappoint. The color looks as opaque and pigmented on swatches as they do on your lashes. I got a compliment from our local coffee barista after road-testing Totally Teal for the day. Our thoughts
This lippie has a very unique texture, it reminds you of a tint but dries down to a matte pigment on the lips. Some shades require more coats than the others but always make sure not to put it on too thick and gradually build up to the opacity that you want to avoid flaking on the lips. Once it sets, it won’t budge!
